Question by mike: Will republicans say the Obama administration is seeking a ruling on the healthcare law now a political move?
If the supreme court sides with republicans on the healthcare law before 2012 elections the dems will have reason to show the republicans a heartless group. They are already taking a beaten over social security and medicare.

delusional people can be so funny! we’re already in a better position because we got the US SC to fast track the case on “Obama Care” so you won’t be able to go into the ’12 elections with a fait acompli
How are we taking a beating over social security and medicare? That same accusation comes up every election cycle but the republicans have never once ended or reduced either of those programs. In fact George Bush expanded Medicare with his prescription drug benefit.
If you think it is heartless to require that laws be Constitutional there is no hope. Should be just let Congress pass whatever they want as long as we feel good about it?
It’s a shame that health care reform was such a political issue, but honestly, who but federal government can get big pharma under control?
You don’t have much of a grasp of the judicial system. The Supreme Court bases its decisions on case laws, existing federal laws and the US Constitution. Further, the Supreme Court will decide that most, if not all, of Obamacare is unconstitutional. Lower courts have ruled likewise.
wait wait.
so if the HC law turns out to be unconstitutional that will somehow prove that republicans are heartless?
making sane decisions isnt popular sometimes.the tribe mentality want mine now. sometimes thats not possible. and punishing the people that didnt suffer this time wont make it better.
Its a sucker move on their part. But then they’re famous for sucker crucial moves.
If its Unconstitutional, Its Unconstitutional. Id love for 0bama to whine about the Constitution !….lol
