Question by W: Why are cons saying that the healthcare reform bill is unconstitutional?
I’ve been seeing it on every single question. If someone could please explain how this bill is unconstitutional (and cite the constitution whilst doing so), that would be great.
Genuinely interested in other perspectives. No trollism allowed.
@damsel with stress: as long as you are alive, you must pay taxes. Why don’t you protest taxes and call that unconstitutional? I’m confused.
Most cons have not bothered to touch this question because they do not have an answer.

Because Rush Limbaugh and Glenn Beck said so.
Since niether one of them finished a bachelor’s degree never mind earned a law degree they might be a little confused.
