Obama’s reform plans will create a health insurance exchange, a one-stop shopping marketplace for affordable, high-quality insurance options. Included in the exchange is the public health insurance option—a nationwide plan with a broad network of providers—that will operate alongside private insurance companies, injecting competition into the market to drive quality up and costs down. If you’re happy with your coverage and doctors, you can keep them. But the new public plan will expand choices to millions of businesses or individuals who choose to opt into it, including many who simply can’t afford health care now. So, Obama was not lying when he said “If you like it you can keep it”

Another fact, Obama’s plan will NOT bankrupt America: The truth: We need health care reform now in order to prevent bankruptcy—to control spiraling costs that affect individuals, families, small businesses, and the American economy. Right now, we spend more than $2 trillion dollars a year on health care. The average family premium is projected to rise to over $22,000 in the next decade—and each year, nearly a million people face bankruptcy because of medical expenses. Reform, with an affordable, high-quality public option that can spur competition, is necessary to bring down skyrocketing costs. Also, President Obama’s reform plans would be fully paid for over 10 years and not add a penny to the deficit.

Obama is despicable because he constantly uses lies and scare tactics to manipulate the public. But, then he later denies his own lies and scare tactics.

His two most recent lies are to claim that AARP and the Mayo Clinic support his health care plan.

Yet, both AARP and the Mayo clinic refute that claim.

Obama thinks Americans are stupid and easily manipulated. He is now finding out how wrong he is.

Unfortunate condition of this country at this time is lack of ability or laziness by too many people who would rather surface the issue and ignore the facts

Confusion, deceit, and half truths permeate every statement that seems to come from Obama and Pelosi.

Yesterdays “Town Meeting in Portsmouth, NH” was a perfect example of Obamas blatant disregard for the facts. The sheer audacity to lie and then tell people “Stick with the Facts” is beyond the pale!

Planted questions, using a child, AARP, on and on…abuse of power! These examples are the least of concern to me however.

The distortion and confusion regarding the real costs and eventual absolute take-over of our Health Care system is horrible.

Misrepresentations of costs to quality health, competitive pricing, protection of the consumer and the absolute right to choose ones choice of insurance are only a few examples of his lack of trust-worthiness!

This is not reform…it is robbery! Pelosi is so irresponsible that she is not worth commenting on. The President has created from his false posturing the back-lash from those who are fed up with being lied to.

Not putting insurance out of business

For me, it’s BHO saying “no one’s talking about a ‘single-payer’ option” in his press conference last week.

Then seeing clips pop up all over the place from Obama, Barney Frank, even a Rolling Stone article featuring Michael Moore saying the “public option” will lead inevitably to a single-payer system.

Edit – for ALL – one thing I’ve learned.. the more adjectives a person uses to emphasize whatever it is they’re trying to say.. the less likely what they’re saying will actually mean anything.

How about the lie that hasn’t even been stated? That this is anything but a power play to take away more Constitutional rights granted citizens by the U.S. Constitution and denied by the same document to the Federal Government? That’s about as despicable as one can get!

i dont believe much that comes out of obamas mouth as his track record shows he has a habit of telling half truths and lies so i never know what to think as is normal with most presidents .but as for pelosi as soon as she opens her pie hole i just know its a lie or half truth.she had to be dropped off a space ship from the planet zoldar when they decided to transfer all their idiots to other planets and she was the leader of the idiots .there is something very seriously wrong with her ,i dont know if she suffers from botox shock ,drug issues or just plain old stupid.only it might be the worst case of stupid in history.makes me wonder about the people who elected her a lot guess it was a big ship from zoldar that would explain frisco.
