What exactly does the Obama health care bill say? Please, no opinions. I want to know what EXACTLY it does, so I can intelligently debate it in the future.

The bill is a “live” document that is changed by wimps of dems..there is NO firm document, only thousands of pages of attorney-talk crap to confuse everybody. The final document will come full circle in 2015 when all hell breaks out will government taking over of all health providers and the elimination of insurance companies for the same.
No one knows.
