Virginia’s Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli says he will not give up his fight to overturn the U.S. Congress mandate on health care reform. Cuccinelli says he maintains that a federal mandate for every citizen of the Virginia Commonwealth to own insurance or face a government levied fine is unconstitutional.
