USHEALTH Advisors, L.L.C. (USHA) recently welcomed award-winning insurance industry veteran Stephen Koncurat to its family of health insurance professionals. Mr. Koncurat joins the company as a Regional Sales Leader, principally headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland.
Having Steve Koncurat on board is a tremendous addition to the USHA family, said the companys Senior Vice President of Marketing, Bill Shelton. His integrity and leadership have translated into success both for himself and his agents while helping and serving his customers.
Working with Troy McQuagge and the USHA team who care about the success of each agent and field leader feels like coming home, said Mr. Koncurat, I can see the passion of H.O.P.E. (Helping Other People Everyday) is still alive. Its a real pleasure to partner with USHEALTH Group CEO Ben Cutler and the team from the insurance center and to know they are there to serve the agent and the customer. I look forward to working with the great leaders at USHA as we work to become a dominant team in the Mid-Atlantic area.
Over the course of his 22+ year career, Mr. Koncurat has earned numerous awards and accomplishments, including a Million Dollar Ring of Honor, the Chairmans Award for Quality and 100 Million in Career Team Production. Steves team celebrated the 100 Million Career Team Production milestone by raising over $ 15,000 to sponsor him in the Lance Armstrong LiveStrong Foundation bike race. Consistently a Top 10 Recruiter from 1993 2009, Steve achieved #1 Division Recruiter status and was one of only a handful of Divisions to achieve 1 Million AV in one week at another agency. The strength of his leadership was proven when he promoted his top District to Division status, then re-built his own Division to finish in the Top 10 at another company in less than one year.
USHA President and CEO Troy McQuagge affirmed that I am excited by the opportunity to work with Steve Koncurat once again. Steve excelled in my previous sales system and I expect that his experience, his character and his vision will continue to help agents succeed and customers to get the coverage they need.

BW Welcomes Prentice
Monday morning, BW welcomed a new member to the newsroom. by Rachael Daigle Things have been pretty heady and serious in this space over the last few weeks. After writing about Gov. Monday morning, BW welcomed a …
