Officially launched in September 2011, CareLinx Inc. announces the addition of Adrienne Sweet as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Sweet brings nine years experience within the health care industry to CareLinx, including three years in biotechnology sales and two years as CEO of a San Francisco home care agency.

Sweet points to her first-hand experience working in health care, I have seen so many families in need of care for a loved one, not knowing where to go for help, or what to look for when hiring someone to work in their home. Sweet holds a BA from Stanford University, and both an MBA and Masters in Public Health in Health Services Administration from UCLA, where she was recipient of the Health Services Administration Alumni Scholarship. She has held previous positions in hospital administration at UCSF Medical Center and as a consultant for Sinaiko Healthcare Consulting. In sales and marketing roles for biotech companies, she worked for Amgen and Biogen Idec, Inc. More recently, she became founder and CEO of a local home care agency.
A native Oregonian, Sweet enjoys living in San Francisco and exploring the city. She spends her leisure time skiing and playing volleyball and tennis. Well-traveled, she has lived abroad in Spain and Italy, and speaks some Spanish and Italian.
