What do you think of the new health care law?
I want more than “obamas the man, or obama sux” here. With the government forcing companies to have no cap, will the insurance companies run dry and bankrupt? Even if the government gives subsidies to these companies they are forcing to have no caps, wouldnt that be coming out of taxpayer dollars? I am just trying to learn more about it, because if just seems like it is set up for failure either way.

Way too early to tell.
I am sure that parts of it will work perfectly and other parts will need to be tweaked over time.
Trust me, the insurance companies aren’t going away any time soon. They are the ones that were profiting most under the status quo.
