Minnesota Gets ,000,000 For Health Insurance Exchange
Duluth, MN (Northland’s NewsCenter) – Minnesota will receive $ 1,000,000 in federal funds to begin planning a statewide health insurance exchange that will allow residents to compare the benefits and costs of private health plans and choose the one that best fits their needs.

Washington Senate OKs bill to set up fed health care law
Senators approved on a 27-22 vote setting up a state health insurance exchange — a public-private association designed to promote competition and drive down costs for individuals and smaller businesses when the federal law is fully implemented.
