@phillip84109 there were no statistics, just a denial and a generality, months after the initial report. which is not to say it’s wrong. i just don’t accept anyone’s statement as fact without documentation.

@phillip84109 everyone who makes this fatally flawed case always talks about reporters, who i have no doubt do lean fairly hard to the left. that does NOT equal a liberal media. it’s like saying GM is a liberal corporation because the line workers are liberal. look at what’s reported. again if you want to go offline, i have huge mountains of evidence that says you are way, way, way wrong.

@tishhead on bachmann, factcheck reports there was NEVER a provision for mandatory service in the bill. there was a provision in the house bill only to STUDY the idea. feel free to defend her though. interesting that her kid signed up for the corps even after momma’s rant.

When one guy from the Tea Party does something, you say it’s “an angry mob”. Buy when you see liberals behaving badly, it’s just “5 or 6 people”.

When the Tea Party goes on Capitol Hill, they’re an “angry mob”, but when the anti-war protesters do it, they’re “lobbying”.

Democrats have also disrupted congress. They also booed GW Bush in his 2005 State of the Union address.

@tishhead Bush was also called an antichrist by many on the Left. He was also called a fascist. Is that okay with you?

You seem to be okay with Maxine Waters calling Bush a liar or when the many Dems booed Bush at the State of the Union, but have all this outrage when one single Republican member of Congress yells something out on the floor of the House.

The Republican leadership condemned Joe Wilson. Did the Democratic leadership condemn Maxine Waters?

@tishhead I do think a sitting gov contemplating secession is dangerous.

I also think that Rick Perry is wrong about Tex having a right to secede.

I still think what he said has been mischaracterized.

Obama has some people with more extreme views in his administration. He might not be a communist, but he has open communist working in his administration.

That’s just facts.

Do you think it’s dangerous for a president to have communists in his administration?

My point (and that of the Republicans) is that the free market will lead to less scarcity of medical services than government control.

@phillip84109 i actually didnt see bush called an antichrist but i wouldnt dispute that some did. i doubt if at any pt though that a quarter of dem party BELIEVED it. or that a majority believed that bush wasn’t an american, or that he wasn’t the religion he said he was.

calling someone a liar at a rally IS different than saying it on the floor of congress. that specifically violated their corde.

@phillip84109 give me a name of an open communist and we can discuss it. even if it’s true, that is still not advocating or even contemplating a specific act against the country. beck and napolitano have suggested, if not, advocated for secession. do you recall olbermann or maddow or michael moore or sean penn doing likewise?
