I haven’t found any word on whether or not it is expected to pass that panel. I imagine that it would pass that panel, but I am not sure.
This is not the place to debate the merits of the Senate Healthcare Bill. Go to another question if you want to do that. All I want to know is the probabilities.

It doesn’t need to. It only needs to go before the entire House for a vote.
It will be a vote of the full house. No word on when it will be.
I have no idea. It doesn’t need to. The bill has already passed the Senate, if the House passes it it goes directly to the President’s desk. I do not believe they have the votes to do that.
