www.24medica.com US Health Care Bill pays a Visit to the Bizarro World Written by Mike Cohen Friday, 20 November 2009 I’ve been trying to read our Healthcare bill, and have found to be impossible because after reading it (mind you new sections seem to be added every minute), I may need two attorneys and English translators to come up with an explanation of what it all means. Sorry to have to expose you to a portion of that very poorly written, 1990 page health care bill (Subtitle C-11 Sec. 2521 National Medical Device Registry), but maybe you can tell me what it means. “… the Secretary shall establish a national medical device registry (in this Subsection referred to as the Registry) to facilitate analysis of postmarket safety and outcomes data on each device that – (A) is that has been used in or on a patient; and (B) is a Class III device; or (ii) A Class II device that is Implantable…” Now what is this? From what I could gather, devices that are implantable are called MicroChips, I know this much. “Class II, Class III implantable devices, data on each device”? Really? What are micorchips doing in a Health Care bill?

I don’t know the specifics of any of this but this could be the start of it(from revelations that is) maybe. No chip(mark)=no health care=dead, like it says in the bible.

It is in there, but it is Sec. 2561 not 2521. It reads as the following under Subtitle C Sec. 2561 pg. 1193 Line 18 to pg 1194 Line 3: “In developing the registry, the Secretary shall, in consultation with the Commissioner of Food and Drugs, the Administrator of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, the head of the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Info Tech, and the Secretary of Veterans Affairs, determine the best methods (cont’d in next post)

@dbootsthediva I don’t think that the frequencies would interfere. As for the emotions control, it’s freaky but it’s true. One thing that scares me more is that an antenna can gather informations about the chip up to 650 feets. Imagine the black market of cloned frequencies to sell to terrorists and illegal immigrants.

I just searched HR 3962 for key word RFID and I can not find this in the bill…
why would they put the chip in the hand? when it’s known that a very small electromagnetic field can control your emotions? happiness and anger, when the said field is close to the nervous system in the neck

So what is a covered device. The answer is found on page 1502
(B) In this subsection, the term covered device—
14 (i) shall include each class III device; and
15 (ii) may include, as the Secretary determines
16 appropriate and specifies in regulation, a class II device
17 that is life-supporting or life-sustaining.
A class II device could be ANY type of implantable device from heart transpondants that measures long term wave patterns for a cardio studies to a birth control device.
What exactly is a class II device that is implantable?
Approved by the FDA, a class II implantable device is a “implantable radiofrequency transponder system for patient identification and health information.” The purpose of a class II device is to collect data in medical patients such as “claims data, patient survey data,

The Obama Health care bill under Class II (Paragraph 1, Section B) specifically includes in it’s lists of things that must be in registered in the NATIONAL MEDICAL DEVICE REGISTRY: (ii) a class II device that is implantable.”
Then on page 1004 it describes what the term “data” means in paragraph 1, section B:
