You see dumb fuck it was not on Bush to prove Saddam had WMD. It was on Saddam to allow UNSCOM inspectors COMPLETE and UNRESTRICTED access to sites allowing THEM to prove he disarmed. Long story short Saddam failed to honor his cease fire agreement of Gulf War so Bush canceled it.
