Sen. Murkowski delivered a floor speech today in which she touched on several issues, including out of control federal spending, the EPAs back-door climate tax and the Democrats ill-conceived health care bill. Murkowski said the health care bill would increase taxes on small businesses and individuals, cut nearly a half trillion dollars from Medicare and increase insurance premiums.
