“Mississippi’s latest attempt to close its sole abortion clinic has been challenged as unconstitutional in an 11th hour legal challenge filed in a federal court on Wednesday. The challenge, by the Center for Reproductive Rights (CRR), argues that the state law will threaten the health of women in Mississippi and deprive them of their constitutionally protected right to decide when and whether to have children. The law, which was passed in April and is due to come into effect on Sunday, requires doctors who perform the procedure to have admitting privileges at a local hospital in addition to being certified obstetricians and gynecologists…”.* Ana Kasparian and Desi Doyen discuss on The Young Turks. *Read more here from Karen McVeigh via The Guardian/Raw Story: www.rawstory.com Support The Young Turks by Subscribing bit.ly Like Us on Facebook: www.fb.com Follow Us on Twitter: twitter.com Find out how to watch The Young Turks on Current by clicking here: www.current.com

the pro life term has to be amended or changed cuz pro life for the unborn but doesnt mean protect the scums who deserve the penalty!

  • THExEPICxTURTLE:

Conservatives are pro-life yet support the death penalty. This is enough evidence to say that whoever votes for these fucktards are, indeed, fucktards themselves.

I love it when Ana gets all hot & bothered. lol

  • ianostdiek:

It’s not a war on all WOMEN it is a war on men, parents, grandparents, and the women taking or going into kill the host innocent thing on the planet

  • Arzgan:

By the way, I mentioned animals in the first place because the original poster I was responding to (NikkoruNikkori) made the claim that “pro-choice supporters who are vegetarian will fight against killing cows and other animals but have no problem with ending a human life,”

  • Arzgan:

And your animals comment is completely disgusting. If you’re seriously going to stand here and tell me that killing thousands and thousands of BABY chickens, pigs, hens, etc through RUTHLESS methods (slitting throats, chopping up into tiny pieces, skinning alive) is not considered murder or has no significant problem….then I have no idea why I even took the time to respond to any of your comments.

  • Arzgan:

You’re still driving in a circle. You make the claim that the baby had no choice to survive. What about the prisoner who is INNOCENT yet unfairly gets the death penalty from some dipshit U.S governor? Would you like Rick Perry determining whether you should die or not? More than 60% of inmates who recieve the death penalty are later found to be less involved in a crime or completely innocent.

  • LS164:

I gues is for the same reason that not only Pro-life people pay for welfare checks and foods tamps and hostipal bills for unwanted children. It is not my money my choice either.

  • darkjudgeofd00m:

  • Mills88:

No matter how far along? Umm, no. There’s a clear number of weeks they can get one.

  • Apolloadama1:

Haha I love how truly stupid each side is on this. Nearly all those that are pro-abortion are for aborting a fetus no matter how far along…yet against the death penalty, & the anti-abortionist are against abortion yet are pro death penalty…I love the hypocrisy!!!

  • 0ptimusbibIe:
