    @robobrow

    We know what the context is; disregarding the Constitution to force-feed Socialism down the throats of the US population. Can’t wait until next November!!!

  • robobrow:

    If you weren’t a pussy, Boehner, you’d show the rest of the video so we could at least have some context. But the more information people get, the less they like you.

    One has to wonder just how unethical, corrupt, dispicable, antiAmerican, treasonous, or criminal one has to be to be rendered unaccaptable as a Democrat politician! Have they hit bottom yet, or are they looking for a pedophile to fill the role?

  • Chippy5544:

    Remember him in November 2012.

    @rastashlomo The US IS a corporation, and the biggest one in the world, that’s why. Look up the ‘Act to give the District of Columbia a government” of 1871…our country was sold down the river to international bankers. Moreover, they changed the Constitution from being FOR the United States to being OF the UNITED STATES (note the caps). So essentially, all federal legislation since 1871 is null and void. Didn’t hear that one? And playing the D/R left/right game is only doing what they want.

  • rastashlomo:

    I guess conservatives don’t believe in social protection, or if they do, it’s only for “working people”? Most of the people on welfare are children, so cutting welfare is a way punishing children for circumstances far beyond their control. If you are serious about cutting excessive governmental spending, then look at military spending and the extremely high profit margin for defense contractors. How about the tax refunds (not government receipts of taxes payed) to multinational corporations?

    After watching this I wonder why the Senate didn’t disqualify Hastings from holding federal office ever again at the time of his removal in 1989…

  • central807:

    That impeached perjury disgraced judge from Altamonte Springs became Congressman because of the corrupt attitude of his constituents. In any other setting, this crook would have gotten voted out because an otherwise reasonable Congressional district would have recognize this fact and voted this slime-ball out followed with a set of handcuffs. But a lawless amen-crowd, an ethnic minority with a hate filled “you owe me because my ancestors were slaves” attitude are responsible for his existence.

    @YourKidsArentSpecial LOL, violent thugs like SEIU members and the Black Panthers @ voting booths. You need to be deprogrammed. Your term of progressive is hilarious as well; I think you are in the wrong country. We are a Republic with individual freedom. Go to a country of “collective masses” that feed off the trough of those who work for a living.

    @stickboy10

    Rich individuals help the poor more than middle class ones.

    They pay most of the taxes ( the top 1% pays 40% of US income taxes, the top 10% pays 70%).

    They invest most of their assets. They only spend a small fraction. Investments are the capital that funds economic growth, which raises everyone, but, most of all, the poor.

    I agree thrift is a virtue and spending wastefully is bad. Wasteful spending is far, far, worse under communism and socialism than under capitalism.

    @skapunker1337 I truly believe a two party system will have awful implications for America in times to come. Thank god our predecessors had a better head on their shoulders to put us in a position of world power, because I think if we had to do it again with the partisan system we have in place, we wouldn’t stand a chance.

  • stickboy10:

    @captquest1 And the only reason there is so much “divisiveness” now is because people are realizing our Capitalist system is broke and immoral. Do you support the upper 1% of the income bracket having more money than the lower 95%? I would have a hard time buying my private 3rd private jet knowing others won’t be eating that night. Some Americans need to spend a year in a 3rd world country and see if it doesn’t put their greed in perspective.

  • stickboy10:

    @captquest1 No I can’t see that. Obama’s “extreme socialist policies” so far have done nothing more than offer those basis amenities all people should have a right to. The Europeans seem to be a step ahead of us in this regard. Capitalism is a great system, however, it fails to account for that human-corruptability factor. It’s too easy in our system to earn a quick penny at the expense of someone else. It’s too bad this type of exploitation is associated with “advanced societies.”
