I’m against it too (lack of public option) but it’s fun to watch the GOP rage.

  • Richard:

I can’t speak for the past or for other people. I’m against the bill.

  • The ☭Marxist☭ Atheist Trotskyite:

This bill is crap but a step in the right direction. We need complete government control of health care. Universal Health care.

  • Daniel D:

The republicans always say “the American people” when it’s their beliefs and not what most Americans think.

  • Bad Elephant; back in your cave!:

    “Conservatives” LIED all along!

The MAJORITY of Americans elected Obama and the Dems in an OVERWHELMING LANDSLIDE in 2008 (365 to 163 in the Electoral College), so they could implement healthcare insurance reform,

but Repubs threatened filibuster to the extent that the current bill has been watered down (removing many beneficial provisions).

Repubs will pay dearly in upcoming elections for blocking this progress
(not to mention ALL THE LIES ! The American people are fed up with the ‘Party of “No”‘s hateful misinformation campaigns).

Good points. Reagan increased taxes six times. He created more wealthy and drove the middle class downward economically. Obama is making moves to lift the middle class economically, such as his health care bill.

Sorry to burst you “facts” but CNN shows opposition at 59% and Obama’s approval rating dropping to 46% and disapproval up to 51%

These numbers will only get worse for you once the full effects of this reform are felt.

GOP thinks American people are sheep, so if “the people” are against it so am I. We need the public option. There will be many who will not get care for fear of being fined.

Seems your facts are a little questionable, as are most liberal “facts.” My Senator, Blanche Lincoln, is shaking in her boots about the election in November, as are most of those who voted for health care “deform.” 63% against in her state. No twisting of facts is necessary, only untangling socialist propaganda. BO’s approval rating, or lack thereof, does not lend credence to your assumptions.
