In order for there to be a summary, someone would have had to read, researched and understand the bill in its entirety. That has not been done. It is 2000 pages. It is impossible.

The Democrats voted on a bill that NO ONE knows what the ramifications are. It may help people. It may hurt people. NO ONE knows.

I for one am very worried that this was done too fast, too secretly and too one-sided to be any good.

    Health Care Bill = Fail

So does everyone – it hasn’t been released yet, not to the public or the government officials who VOTED for the bill. This is why no answers to the public’s questions has been answered yet, because we don’t know what the bill entails exactly. Hope to get all the details soon though! Hope I helped.

    try NBCthis morning-inbox-”att.netMail”
A Dr. Stephen E. Fraser read all 1700 pages of this bill and he sent a letter to Senator Bayh of IN.
His letter is an eye- opener.
If all could have read it before they voted , It would not have passed.
No one WON> ( except the govt) more power. and of course they will not be on this HC plan they have their own.
