When Church’s give, the organizations are often small, and in most churches, ‘Offerings’ are taken up for the cause seen worth giving, leaving the freedom of choice within the people. This method of giving allows freedom to remain within the exchange, and is often a much more efficient form of donation based on the individuals deciding whether or not they have the money to spare as well as how much, rather then the Govt deciding for them.
@newgtguy When the Govt gives, they take from the people to give. They have no money otherwise to give. This is forced from within the ‘best interest’ as decided by the Govt, and not the people since they clearly don’t represent us anymore.
This plan is merely a bill written BY the insurance companies FOR the insurance companies.
It adds debt to a nation in crisis and distributes healthcare out via the failed HMO model.
In addition, it basically says, if you get sick, don’t stay sick, because your benefits are very finite. If you are old, you are expected to die.
Also, the services provided by the church were optional. People still had the ability to exercise free will.

total govt control from birth to death..and they know a lot of death is coming..billions over the next 7 years.
@slowline I can’t agree more with you on this; I think our current health care system is prehistoric and corrupt as hell.
However, I think we have to dig a little deeper than that. Solely based on history there is only 27% chance reason for trusting our governments. Add to this the evidence for the plans of the Elite for establishing world domination, we probably can slice this chance by 50%, which makes it 13% chance our government launched this plan to help the U.S Citizen.
