I think that if we lived in a proper moral society, then most of us would willingly and inevitably be able and willing to provide apropriate help. but when all are impoverished and enslaved, there can be little or no material or spiritual aid to others. hope I don’t sound condescending or anything. just an observation of mine. Thanks.

  • BACKALLI:

i was just referring to the health care!!!!!!i think we all should come together ( the states ) and wash out the dirty in politics…..lets take america back !

  • iLikeClassics:

    @ magnummaid, yes.

  • jessejmorris2nd:

@BACKALLI HA HA HA Ihope they all come togather

  • scottpass44:

In the United States, the Federal Government has sovereign immunity and may not be sued unless it has waived its immunity or consented to suit. You know and I know that this isnt going to happen. The now 14 states who say they are going to sue, can not by law sue the federal government. So again it is all smoke and loud talk.
They can secede from the Union as 11 states did in 1861, and we all know how that one turned out.

  • magnummaid:

@MrPicusb The “republican vs democrat” baloney is a false paradigm. I don’t want the coporate Pharma run medical establishment poisoning myself and children . I don’t want to pay for something I wont use and I don’t want to be a part of a system of corporate profiteering that I am forced to pay into for weak willed ,pharma addicted, non-thinking people.

  • BACKALLI:

i hope the states pull apart and govern themselves…..with their on laws,,and if you dont like the laws in that state,,,,move to another!!!!

  • MrPicusb:

I think the Republicans are against the health care bill mostly because they think that a dose of prayers a day keep them healthy and so they don’t need no stinking health care.

  • mamahenof6:

    And the plot thickens!

  • biggdaddy2001:

  • magnummaid:

@mbyr31 “Corporate-States of America” in my view. World Banks, PhaRma, etc. own our Gov. (everyone elses ‘cept in the middle east) and use them to enslave us. (like communism, BUT ….that’s the disconnect most people refuse to make, and that continues to divide people of reason. :0(

  • fragmat:

    Yes it will,
    thanks mate

  • VivianRinSC:

I don’t know how many states but many 10 Amendment organizations in various states were mobilizing and preparing in case this bill past. Many states already passed laws that nullified any national forced healthcare.

    We live in interesting times.

  • coolcutsgal2:

I’m glad that those 13 had the balls to file a lawsuit against the Bill! Obamba hasn’t shown his Birth Certificate! He had enough $ to go on trips on his own $he could take out a full page copy of his Birth Cert in every paper across america to PROVE once & for all he’s LEGAL to hold office but he hasn’t!THAT”S TREASON! It’s Treason against our Constitution!

  • coolcutsgal2:

OMG!I “stumbled” upon this video quite by chance (kismet)since sunday I’ve been chasing my tail i’m so beside myself!he can’t be “touched” he’s got a human “bullet proof vest” on!What we need to do is IMPEACH!no dancing like we did with Clinton or Nixon the USA needs to gather our STRONG in the hill & Call for an IMPEACH!he never did present his LEGAL Birth Certificate showing all of us when we called for it to be shown!

  • oldtimeway1:

Yeah, these brilliant Democrats are going to fine me five thousand bucks for not having insurance. Don’t th stupid numbskulls think that we’d have insurance if we could afford it? So, why don’t we just take money from the poor and make it harder for us to get health insurance. Ugh!

  • YamayTV:

It’s just like we are paying for social security tax, medicare tax, property tax and auto insurance, what’s the difference anyway? People are most likely to enjoy the benefits of health care before all the other things we are already paying for.

  • xlclassic1234:

Time to vote for the Tea Party

  • awarepatriot:

Fantastic! I hope they sue them wrecklessly. I have a vid I made about this bill.

  • ding0925:

  • SSparks555:

Mississippi is in there, I think.

  • beast12101:

Here in washington state our Attorney General Rob McKenna says Washington will be one of at least ten states that will file a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of the health care reform bill.

  • bishonenboy:

Woohoo! Virginia representing! Taking the fed to court!

  • gr8wg:

    so what ? ! have u planted potatoes ?

  • mbyr31:

It is unconstitutional. But, alot of the things the federal government does is unconstitutional. They strip the rights from those who engage in habits that have been developed over years, and because a few don’t like (i.e. smoking bans, removal of certain products on grocery store shelves, etc.).

It is ever so becoming the “Communistic States of America”. We are becoming a communist country, and you watch…. In 10 years (if we’re still here) it won’t be a fun place to live anymore!
