Evesham mother testifies in favor of mandated treatment for mentally ill
TRENTON — Nearly eight years ago, Mark and Cathy Katsnelson’s 11-year-old son Gregory was brutally murdered during a chance encounter with a Medford man who had been diagnosed as paranoid schizophrenic but who had refused treatment.
