Dentist sentenced for health care fraud
Scott D. Geise, 48, a practicing dentist from Newfane, was sentenced to 15 months in prison and 3 years supervised release by U.S. District Judge Richard J. Arcara after pleading guilty to filing a false health care claim and filing a false tax return.
