Health insurer Aetna Inc. said Thursday that chief financial officer Joseph M. Zubretzky has been given the added title of senior executive vice president. Meanwhile, Margaret McCarthy, the company’s chief information officer and head of Aetna’s innovation, technology and service divisions, has been promoted to executive vice president.
