Question by What, Me Change?: Why do they call it a “Health Care Bill”?
I haven’t heard of any provisions for, say increasing the number of MRI’s in doctors offices, or building more hospitals, or low cost loans for accelerating development of miracle drugs.
All I hear about is “Who is going to get medical insurance, and who is going to pay for it?”
Shouldn’t this bill be called a “Health Care Financing Bill”?
Answer by vinny_says_relax
Because ‘Nothing But Total Horseshitt Bill’ was already taken.
