With two days left in a bitter fight for control of Congress, Republicans on Sunday appeared headed to a smashing victory they said would be a repudiation of President Barack Obama and his policies.

I haven’t heard of any provisions for, say increasing the number of MRI’s in doctors offices, or building more hospitals, or low cost loans for accelerating development of miracle drugs.
All I hear about is “Who is going to get medical insurance, and who is going to pay for it?”
Shouldn’t this bill be called a “Health Care Financing Bill”?
