  • jvflexx:

    IDIOT REPUBLICANS ….give it up!!

  • fastacker2:

Go get’em guys! This bill is clearly unconstitutional. Any progress so far?

  • MegaBustaman:

    @crispymidget ,
Only a very few are considered rich. Most are struggling middle class and others barely make it like you.
The problem is actually when you slam into them with a VERY SMALL WHITE DICK you want to sue to make it in this economy. That’s a proven fact.

  • crispymidget:

oh and yes nowhere in the constitution does the federal government have the power to mandate you or I buy a good or service form anyone.

  • crispymidget:

@MegaBustaman actually the powers granted the states do allow for them to do so. Problem is you have a lot of rich people pricing around your state who want to get paid when a poor guy with no cash slams into them. Funny thing is it’d be cheaper if they just covered themselves and nobody else. that’s proven fact.

@hogskin That is the stats individually. NOT THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. I see that rowland2110 also said that. It seems that some people are all so unknowingly steeped in the political theology of socialism that most people think laws are some kind of magic which only the judicial branch deities can decipher.

  • rowland2110:

Auto insurance is mandated by STATES, not the federal government.

  • YugiSora:

@hogskin yes usa is communist now worst than Castro….. we Cuban may have to go back to Cuba…..this is illuminati and a New World Order… is the apocalypse.

  • MegaBustaman:

The point I was making is that it’s our freedom and if I choose to drive and if I get in an accident or vice versa, then I and the other driver should be able to resolve it without the State in the middle telling us what we must do.

  • MegaBustaman:

Ameronau, you must have health insurance because if you get hurt and end up in the ER and then admitted for 3 weeks and you are released with crutches and a $50k bill you can’t pay, it gets passed on to everyone else.

    Washington State: WAC 284-16 (400)
Require insurance providers to have sufficient reserve funding to prevent running a “PONZI CAPER” (See Democratic Legislature Video) with cross state line policies. This solvency requirement would effectively disqualify the Federal Government from participating in Washington State as an insurance underwriter, because the USA government have been running a current account deficit and the borrowed fund + interest is transfered to Wa as tax! ie. “PONZI SCAM”

@AMERONAU well some job does required you to have your own transportation. Another example is how about the government telling you can’t drink until you 21 or smoke until you 18 isn’t that a violation of the constitution too

  • AMERONAU:

Megabustman you have to have auto insurance because you could hurt others with your driving. That’s different. You don’t have to have a car you could take the bus, metro, subway, taxi , carpool etc. Mandated Health insurance is a violation of the constitution.

  • MegaBustaman:

    Well GOP State Attorneys General…

If health insurance mandate is unconstitutional then state mandates of auto insurance and type of coverage you must have is also unconstitutional. The states also punish us if we drive without auto insurance. If I use my own money to buy a car then states shouldn’t be mandating me to insure it. We are going to sue the states too for mandating auto insurance violating our individual rights.

It is the law , passed in the New Health Care Bill, that all American Citzens must have Medical Insurance…or they will be fined…$750.00-$3,800.00 depending on whether you are a Single Adult, or a Family, with a higher income…depending…Nevertheless, I tell you the truth, it is EVIL…! I downloaded the Entire Bill, to my computer,it is over 1,000 pages long, and worded in such a way, that is difficult to understand what it is saying,by just skimming over it… it is online free to download

  • hogskin:

Well…you are told that you have to have car insurance! They are getting more and more controlling.

  • x11115:

It actually says you have to have medical insurance? An individual not a company is fined for not having medical insurance? Am I hearing this correctly?
